Bocca de l’Ussol is the centrepiece of the mountain crown surrounding Val Concei. The Bocca is the northernmost point in Valle di Ledro and it is a natural balcony over the Giudicarie.

Cima Ussol is topped with a peculiarly shaped cross, which is a beautiful viewpoint over the nearby valleys and the meadows of Guì. Under the summit there are some trenches dating back to the Great War.
Author’s recommendation
Just a short walk from Bocca de l’Ussol lies Cima Gavardina. Legend tells of a fairy named Gavardina, guardian spirit of the valley. The wooden sculptures in the pic nic area near Rifugio Al Faggio are inspired by her.
