The remains of the Austrian trenches and the military hospital are still visible in the meadows of Dromaè and Saval, which fill up with flowers during the spring. The constant feature of this route is the incomparable view over Lake Ledro.

Author’s recommendation

At Rifugio Pernici, once an Austrian barrack, it is possible to eat and have a good night sleep.
